Thanks fellas.
And yes OR 30reps all at once bar was starting to slow so I stopped, great pump.

Squats Below Parallel
210-5s 5r Last rep on every set paused for 3 count.

Leg Ext
190-20/ 210-20/ 280-9

GHR's red band
15,12,10,10

No single ply briefs, hip is doing better. My glute however is still pulled right at the bottom. I tried to do some sprints recently that's when the pain hit. I don't know what to do to aid in the healing process probably just time.
Weights felt light again wanted to put more on the bar but will stick to the school of thought.

glute sounds more like upper hamstring attachment

foam roll, tennis ball and gentle hip stretching/mobility on off days!

Hey JD, HIThopper
It feels like the glute but in reflection I thought it was my hip a while back when it actually was both my hip & glute or hamstring which was also causing me to recruit my quad incorrectly. Dodged a bullet right there.
Those heavy box pulls a few weeks back I could feel it straining when I got into the 500 range.
I've used a foam roller with little to no results, also used briefs to continue training while offering some support. Wish I had access to a hot tub. Haven't made the call to a massage therapist i think this would help recovery but find it a bit of a strange appointment to make.

Plan on benching tomorrow after work.

how are you handling benching 2x a week right now. I know the 2nd is light, just wondering about the shoulder.

Their sore but they both feel way better and seem to be improving. This is very light as you mentioned more geared towards doing the movement to promote healing.

I like that thinking. It's definitely helped me in the past with pains and strains.
