275-5,5,5,5,1 stopped knee pain same knee with the angle flexion issues.

Leg Ext Single Leg
60-25. 70-20, 90-20, 110-20

GHR's

12r, 2s- Red Bands

Having some intestinal/lower back pain so changed it up today. Caught the knee in time seems to be all better now. The 110 set was a pushing it, left the legs with a major pump. Switched leg ext. up to single leg trying to work out the knee pain believe it worked.
Not what I wanted to achieve today but you have to roll with the punches.

Good session, no bad pain in the shoulder today but I can tell if I went heavy there would be a problem.
Right after finishing the db presses thought lets do some hammer curls, me likey.

Nice Pressing... Smart not pushing it to heavy on presses.... give it time and you'll be moving some heavier weight again.

The only thing enjoyable about that training session was the great pump otherwise I was left feeling like I just drove a race car to work going the speed limit.

It has to be from doing all the heavy bent over rows.
Have probably done hammer curls twice in a years time.
