That might have been a bit too heavy (nothings sore yet) but was getting concerned about not pushing any kind of weight recently. Will plan on going lighter for another couple more weeks then push it up a bit higher see how everything feels.

It's good this morning. I pushed it to its limit last night without causing more damage but it was telling me to shut it down.

Now I need to either make a 2" box or buy some mats to pull off. Logic says the last 4" is going to take some pounds off the bar. Plan on pulling right around 675 calculation again. Glute is a mess can't even walk without feeling it, walking up a steep incline its very pronounced, whatever!
