Completely spent. Wish I was training with a group for cue's and spotters so I could of pushed harder/heavier. The last two sets were a page out of the cube.
Going to lay on the floor for a bit.
Quality work. Keep hard at it.

Thanks fellas gave me a couple chuckles, appreciate it!

Deads Sumo off Box dropped bar height down 2"
245-5
335-3
425-3
515-10

BOR's
245-20,20

Guns
2s

Work is consuming most of my time and with helping with homework, training for both of us life is in full swing again.
Went with rep work which using a 1rm calculator put today's pulls in the same projected 1 rep max as last week. Will drop the box height 1.5-2" next week with the same approach using rep work that would keep me in the 675 range again.

I like your thinking on working your way down to the floor on those pulls. Awesome work too. I think reps will work great for you. Maybe break your addiction to pushing it to the limit all the time! Haha.

40 reps with 275 and 325 in 2 sets!?! Was that your cardio for the week?

Good stuff OMP. Take care of that shoulder (and butt, hip, etc!).
