Took it very easy on bench heard some popping sounds but no pain. Felt like that was as heavy as I should go today. Had to make a trip down to Ia for a couple days drove back in some Rain/sleet/snow mix... Its May right

Completely spent. Wish I was training with a group for cue's and spotters so I could of pushed harder/heavier. The last two sets were a page out of the cube.

Thanks Hunter, Wanted to go heavier but no spot and first time back with heavier weights thought better not to. Had my daughter calling depth for me as my Son had just finished up training and was upstairs eating.

Thanks Rob, see your switching to Byrd's Big program. I liked the first three weeks till my shoulder said no more. Enjoy the bloat fest in the beginning.
