He's 12.
The primary goal is increasing his focus and determination. How to set goals and obtain them. Doing each rep perfect then repeat whether your doing 20+ reps or a single. Don't look at a the weight, whole set, workout ect.. just focus on doing one rep to the best of your ability.

Squats deep

Hip is way better took it easy today surprised me I could free squat deep again this soon, I will be careful. Shoulder is better its still tender, doing tissue work as well as rehab exercises. Going to modify my training lower percentages on the big three once a week with some assistance exercises till I'm near a hundred percent. Fix what I broke move forward with a much more conservative training routine.

Very very strong DLs OMP ... 430*3 conv and 430*16 sumo ... have you checked your 1RM on sumo off late ... I think it must be around 550+ ... Keep up the great work buddy ...

Started Conventional and just didn't feel right so had been wanting to try sumo again.
I'm weak off the bottom so reps were reset a 1 sec count then pull. Might stick with this to get more fluid never know it might lead to a 600 pull. Not sure I'd go by the calculator as I said weak off the bottom tends to take the wind out of my pulls as the percentages go up.
My lever lengths allow me to pull either way but in the past tend to run out of quad and hip strength where conventional I can pull more due to a strong lower and upper back.
Traps & calves are sore today
The weak link for power shrugs are my calves, not surprising.

Now that you mentioned it that brought back memories. Heavy squats do give you a hell of a screaming calf pump! Been a while since I've had 5+ on my back for reps, strong drive to get back there.
