Enjoy raw training but injuries, age, find it a great tool to be able to push further when things flare up.
Yeah wanted to support JB also need him to kick my ass when I get off track of his programming.

Not sure if the Ram helps with 2-3bd training or not. Know coming off the bd it pulled the bar up towards my face a bit took some bar speed out of the press.
Stayed light believe will recover quicker as don't feel taxed at all after this session.
