Seriously that ram is toasting my tris while saving my shoulders & chest. Its a great tool you'll be hooked and probably be getting carried away benching like I did.

Legs were fried but something is definitely wrong with the hip. Lower back was toast on the opposite side as the hip issue. Going to have to get it evaluated maybe it just needs an adjustment, I can hope...

This turned into a unreal BB training session kicked my @$$. Figured if I couldn't move any real weight I was going for mass training, legs are still swollen, probably be hobbling for a couple days.
