Thanks for all your input this morning JB!

460 felt like moderate weight, didn't want to push too hard. Focused on speed all the way up for an easy 3 shut it down there.


Got the Ram, couldn't wait to try it.
After a brief warm up raw put 205 on the bar did two singles CG and WG just to see how it feels, Wow!
Can't wait to incorporate it into tomorrows training session.
Really like the support it gives while not as restrictive as a shirt.
Can see how this type of training gear can benefit raw lifters with the correct program in place.
It covers the static holds or mental aspect also bd wk benefits. Another plus is it allows the whole shoulder region to move freely thus allowing a more natural pressing movement that will better translate to improved raw pressing strength.
Very impressed, now I need to set a target weight or I'll do some stupid weight tomorrow.
Nothing over 315 for reps....

The pain in the hip region is better or never was, anyway now it appears that its origination is just below the hip in the muscle, Tear?
Not sure whats up but its very tender to the slightest touch. Been rolling it out which hurts a BIT, also massaged the area a few times. This is dragging out longer than expected now I'm wondering if it was a transference of pain and its been the muscle right below the hip all this time.
Getting sick of this pain, maybe throw on 500 this week and teach it a lesson.

Find a good massage therapist and see if they can ID for you...passive palpation by a trained person is much better then self-diagnosis! ...or guessing!

Love the new toys and I haven't heard April Wine in too long! Haha. that was a blast from the past. I gotta get out that Nature of the Beast album and play it. For you younger readers, an album is a flat plastic disc that you spin and it plays when you set a needle on it.
