Enh, well that is not the case now.
Sad to report sitting in the truck plowing snow for over 17 hours straight put the hip back a few days. I don't fit in the seat/truck very well very cramped up rt hip takes most the abuse.
No big deal, I know what to do although not sure if squatting this week is smart.

Going to hit some weights and ride the bike just move some blood into the muscles and increase the gpp.

yeah, sitting still with isometric contractions in the lower leg get me too.

Right leg mostly?

Foam roll everything from the hip down...ITB, side calf and try to massage that Achilles and plantar fascia!

Was going to squat today but hip was very sore at depth.
Changed plans set a box at parallel and just did some reps moved some blood thru the lower half.
Decided to make this more of a recovery day all around.
Ambivalent about what direction to move forward right now.
Power lifting doesn't seem a wise choice until the hip is better.
BB might be a better choice for the interim less joint stress more blood flow. Hypertrophy training isn't a bad thing just enjoy lifting heavy.

Rob Glad you stopped by. I be moving some heavier weight soon but it will probably remain pretty tame till this hip gets better. Oh yeah you make some kick ass videos.

A little bit of recovery is a good idea, but getting in as much as you can without injury is still good too. There are other heavy programs beside Westside...!!
