Thanks everyone for the awesome posts. Tomorrow I have deadlifts and military press. I'm going to look over my books to see what helped me progress the most with my dl and mil press and modify my workout accordingly. Tomorrow seems to tax me the most with heavy ass deadlifts. Going for a decent number tomorrow.. and a huge number next week.

Lets get it.
