Be warned you see some jiggle belly in the middle which I can't figure out how to censor. I tried flipping the video and it seemed the first set worked and nothing else. Sorry if it makes you mad to see.

Recording the bench really showed me some flaws that might be why I'm going down in bench and hurting my shoulder every press. I'll test this again next week.

Bench - 205x5 for 3 sets

Barbell Row - 225x5 for 3 sets

Chest Hammer Machine - 3 sets of 12 with 70lbs per hand.

Chest is really sore from the machine, I will add it in for some overloading maybe. Plus I haven't properly worked chest in a while since shoulder. The machine didn't hurt shoulder at all and I could have gone up a lot of weight but decided to do 3 sets of 12.

I'm happy with the speed, was definitely getting fatigued. I was really surprised I had so much left for military press. I will try to get some vids of them next time, I keep forgetting to charge the Zune.. it doesn't have much of a battery life anymore.

I have some room to go up on military press.. I'm going to go up another 10lb jump next time. If I were to do a true rep goal scheme, I could have had probably 8 reps each set, but I kept it to 5 reps per set.

I dont see much wrong with the bar path. I dont like the foot placement. I either would like to see them out in front, or back a little more.

The bar path is fine, but if you see on my last set, my arm is a bit wide and I think that's attributing to my shoulder pain. I'm not sure why it hurts now, I don't know if different bars have different spacing for the rings but I'm going to work with the grip width and I should be able to skyrocket my bench again.

Yes, the rings do vary on different bars but they are still usually within a few inches/centimeters of the "standard" range. Keep pounding away Cutty!
