I haven't kept up with my log and shame on me.

Deadlift - 405x5 for 3 sets

Military Press - 125x5 for 3 sets

Overall felt good, snappy pulls from the floor, the military press was ok, shoulder was bothering me a little.

Nothing spectacular but starting to go in the right direction.

Tuesday 5/28

I put 5/27 in the video I don't know I am not on my game on all of this today for some reason.



Be warned you see some jiggle belly in the middle which I can't figure out how to censor. I tried flipping the video and it seemed the first set worked and nothing else. Sorry if it makes you mad to see.

Recording the bench really showed me some flaws that might be why I'm going down in bench and hurting my shoulder every press. I'll test this again next week.

Bench - 205x5 for 3 sets

Barbell Row - 225x5 for 3 sets

Chest Hammer Machine - 3 sets of 12 with 70lbs per hand.

Chest is really sore from the machine, I will add it in for some overloading maybe. Plus I haven't properly worked chest in a while since shoulder. The machine didn't hurt shoulder at all and I could have gone up a lot of weight but decided to do 3 sets of 12.

Wednesday 5/29



Overall a good day, finally getting the bar close to my legs and I bled some today and I'm proud of that.

Deadlift - 425x5 for 3 sets
Military Press - 135x5 for 3 sets

Shoulder holding up well I was happy. I have been doing these stretches with my bands and I think they help some.

I only recorded my first set of deads because I wanted to listen to music to amp me up. There were some knuckleheads in the gym and it was annoying listening to them.
