Start some form of mobility work, compression too if it swollen.
Squats looked promising especially considering the time off.
Hope you can get back up and walking asap.

@Squatter: I usually don't let small pains bother me, but this foot thing I really messed up in Oregon.. that was only like a month or so ago. It seems to be almost healed already, it's a little swollen (taken stuff and ice packed it) and it doesn't have the sharp pain or the pain all of the time.. I can put some weight on it and it doesn't hurt so it will be ok soon I think.

@OneMorePlate: I'm adding in some more stretching and mobility in the gym now that I'm a bit more comfortable at this gym. I'm pretty stoked about my squat form, I didn't think I would be able to do it. If I don't hit that sweet spot, I can't break my hips, and I get a quarter squat and can't go down any more.. it's really weird, but I'm glad I found it.

I'll be 4 plating it again soon.

Missed all week training it kind of sucks. Depending how my foot feels tomorrow I might go, but then again I don't know I might not.. I'd hate to re injure it again for no reason.

Hope the foot holds up. Good luck at the gym, if nothing else getting in and getting your pump on might help with overall stress, i know it does for me.

One of those days.

Got in and squatted, I'm not sure why I messed with my routine but I wanted to squat. Did some volume and went alright, I shouldn't expect to be doing volume with decent weight yet.

Shoulder is hurting, could only bench first set of what I wanted, didn't do barbell rows or face pulls and I left weighing a lot more than I did 2 weeks ago.

It's days like this I question why I even go and put myself through this.. no gains except fat and always sore.
