And thanks everybody. I'm going to probably work up to reps with 275 and see where it goes from there.. I'll do the rep goal scheme on it and see how it goes.

I agree with the 3/5 rating. I bought some while in Vegas last fall, and thankfully I am running out of it as I got no charge really at all. I just don't want to throw it away tho. I bought it thinking it would be good based upon the fact I loved the original jack3D.

I am using Muscle Marinade right now and love it! No tingles or direct charge, which is right down my alley. Just good solid muscle energy.

I heard muscle marinade is great. The beta alanine give you the tingles, I don't mind it.. I'm getting used to it (I'm supplementing with it directly), with creatine and I honestly feel fine. It's not a 'speedball' like effect that I kind of am addicted to but I've noticed I can get solid workouts without stimulants so I'm okay with that.

I would like to buy some muscle marinade sometime soon, I don't have extra money right now so it will have to wait.

Thanks guys. I don't know what I did to my foot yesterday or the day before but I can't hardly walk at all today. I hurt it a couple months ago but I am really upset I can't get into the gym today.
