I don't usually talk about outside crap, or talk at all.. I try to keep focused is what I meant. Nothing worse than trying to get ready for a set and someone is talking about ponies or something.

And yeah the guy calling the cues I side spotted last Monday and he did 705 1 board in his shirt. His new PR.

13 days later and here I am again. I haven't stopped training, I had to move across country and I've had a rough time.

I joined my gym I came from and I came back to see some equipment torn up and a no chalk in the gym sign from the people who can't take care of anything. I'm going to ask if the room in the back (specifically for the freaks) is able to use chalk. If not I guess I'll just have to use straps and hope for the best.

I had to turn in my uhaul on Monday so I only did bench and bb row.

Monday 4/22/13:
Bench - 205 @ 25 rep goal, 5 sets: 8, 8, 5, 5, 5

BB Row - 205 @ 25 rep goal, 5 sets: 8, 8, 5, 5, 6

I dropped weight because of new equipment/surroundings. I haven't eaten healthy and I haven't had any measurable sleep. I once again quit taking creatine and I started taking it again today so get that running again.

The bench felt alright, was a little hard with the new bench.. it is a little higher than normal, so reaching was hard and my feet kept slipping some towards the end.

Other than that feels good. I'll try to get some vids tomorrow if there isn't anyone in there or what not. Gonna do some deadlifts yay!

Also wanted to add, weighed in on this different scale at 308.2 with oly shoes on. I'm ok with it seeing how binging daily and not working out was on the agenda for over a week (and still kind of is)
