Friday 3/29

Holy hell I didn't know it was going to be that busy in the gym. Kind of mad about it but oh well, still did a decent session. Will be working on a new set up starting Monday (this week was to get in the swing of things)

Close Grip Bench - 135, 155, 175x8, 135x10 (felt strong pressing close grip, surprisingly)

Seated Close Grip Rows - 120, 150, 170, 200x8 (Angry Mode)

Leg Press - (Going by total plates) 6, 8, 10, 12x8

Hack Squats - (going total plates) 2, 4, 4x8

Need to do something with legs until I start skwats so I guess it's better than nothing.

Overall it felt good, thanks!

Thanks guys.

BTB: It sucks. It feels like midgets are dancing on my connective tissue by knees with metal spikes.

Hunter: He was busy fail-training someone.. I shit you not he had someone doing barbell curls in the rack.

Swede: I have some kyphosis and my posture is not good (better than it was, I"m working on it) but the bar chokes me if I were to hold it in the right spot. I'm going to get to squatting soon, you'll see.

jd: Yeah I just started taking it again, I stopped when I was off my foot.

Squatter: Thanks, I don't know how these people can do 8 plates and 2 25s. Even though they don't do full reps it's still so hard. My quads hurt so bad today.

Overall I'm happy with everything and I look forward to the change of pace!
