Thanks for all of the encouragement. I see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Today I walked around and got in the car, went for a drive and got some food. I have spent money on food this whole time I have been down and it's cost me quite a bit of money. Hopefully I can bounce back from this. I'm going to have to watch what I spend for a while but I can't wait to train again.

I'm going to be going on a more restrictive (more or less counting everything I eat to see where I am) diet to start to get things going in the right direction. I'll change up to some powerbuilding type routine and start doing some cardio to increase my conditioning.

Big things will be coming soon. Hopefully I can motivate and inspire others with it!

Detailed food tracking is a good way to heighten your awareness....the stricter you are the more you can see the effects of different foods, timing, etc...eventually you can go back to more instinctive eating, but it's still good to focus on it once in a while...
