Just went through your log. Really nice lifts.

I used to focus a lot on my bench/tris a couple of years ago and I used to feel constant pain in my right shoulder. I read somewhere that the ratio of pushing to pulling exercises should be 1:2 or even 1:3. For about 6 mo -1 yr now I've been pulling 2-3x more than pushing....and no pain.

I don't know if the more experienced guys here would agree, but it might be worth a try.

Either way, hope you feel better.

Sorry I have 8 pages of subbed threads and this seemed to have slipped.

@dossas: Yes you are correct, if you have over developed front delts (like I do) you will experience pain eventually because the shoulder isn't able to move freely. I've been working on improving rear delt strength and I think I just strained it bad and never gave it a rest.

To everyone else, thanks for the kind words and encouragement. I still feel a little burned out from lifting, but lifting is all I really do in life so once I heal I'll be good to go again.

Check out my newest post about hitting a weight loss plateau. I wish I knew now what I knew then I was stuck at 255.

So far so good on IF. I notice I feel a little better and not having such bad withdrawals from stims.

Oh yeah, my lifts for Wed.

Wed -

DL - 225, 225, 315, 315x5, 225x10 - Felt a lot better than the last couple weeks.

Mil Press - 75, 95, 115, 135x5 - Felt good, shoulder was a little tight but no pain.

Face Pulls - 60, 70, 80, 90x8 - I think this is helping my shoulder a lot helping get some stretch and helps develop my upper back and lagging rear delt.

Didn't go super heavy yet, I am adjusting still to this diet and recouping from stims so I'll see how Monday feels to get back to normal again.

I decided to write on this stupid 'Cabbage Soup Diet' it's a bunch of hogwash but check it out:
