Stronger Than Yer Granny
Changing things around a bit so want to track my progress in a new log

goals for the rest of this year are as follows
-be less weak
-be less fat
-get a 600kg total (1,320lbs)

For anyone that doesn’t know me, and for my convenience

All time best lifts are
Squat - 195kg / 430lbs : in gym
Bench – 137.5kg / 302lbs : in gym
Deadlift – 205kg / 450lbs : in meet

All done at around 100kgs / 220lbs

At 5ft 9” – 100kg weight class isn’t a proper fit for me,
I’ve two meets under my belt now. I have learned a lot , and know I have tonnes more to learn.
I would like to be a bit more competitive but I have a long way to go.
To do this I need to be in the 90kg class. So time to put away the pies :)

8 weeks out from my next meet : IDFPA Full Power Nationals ,
March 23rd

Looking for 550kg total in 90kg class – Americans read 1,210lbs at 198lbs

Plan is to keep things simple so going to run Stephan Korte’s 33 Powerlifting Program and see how i get on,

In terms of diet, just make sure you're cutting for the right reasons.
