most likely not Tom , i had originally planned to but got a bit of a wake up call at the Nationals , i need to get a lot stronger at 90kgs. so my plan for now is to just put the shoulder to the wheel and work hard until i have a more respectable total.
i just have to figure out what plan will get me there now

Ah fair enough man. I had a similar wake up call really but it was more a loss of focus and prep mistakes on my part. Thus I'm back full bore at the euro's to make it up to myself. I used a program of my own to get from 540 to 600 in a few months and if you would like I can write it up for you based on your maxes. May not be your cup of tea but happy to help out if you think it could work.

Notes
Just a random session to try out my new Versa Gripps ( on the Rows ) and the new Titan RAM on the bench which was fun.
Have never benched 140kg raw before so it was a nice feeling to do a double with the RAM , got cheeky and tried for 145kg . . . .patience son!

Still not fully decided on what to do as the next program , but the road to 600kg total (1,320lbs) starts on Monday!

These type of freelance sessions are always fun. I usually finish the program in under 1 hour and I am a geezer so you should be able to get it done in about 50 mins. It is a program that definitely will make you stronger, plus you have the author at your fingertips should you have any questions!
