Those are pretty nice squat singles Alan!

Are you using knee wraps at all?

I just started using the wraps for heavy work.

They are a legal tool which I have found make my knee much more stable, warm, and even provide some bounce out of the hole.

I figure since they are legal, and inexpensive for that matter, why not take advantage? LtL suggested them to me. He also suggested Rehband knee sleeves to keep the knees warm on the lighter sets

A great tool for stability and keep injuries away or to minimum when using heavy wts. And as super Jim wrote, provide some bounce back effect from hole so kind of getting some support during upward motion. This will also help you add some more wt. to your existing wt.

But please double check it with your federation. Some allow use of it in RAW and some don't. But nevertheless is a good tool in all...

Ah I see , RAW with the IDFPA means no knee wraps , so for now I think ill train the way I play…. Besides , I don’t think I would have the time in the 50mins for wrapping on and off between sets!
That said , never say never
