Notes
Good enough session.
Squat warm up was going great so changed fro the planned 140kg to 142.5kg happy with that cause ill do 145kg on Friday and that will mean I am +15kgs on week 4 from the last time I ran Korte 3x3 sometime in feb this year.
Bench also went well , as I do these with the RAM its unfair to make a direct comparison to last week4
lower back was fried by the time I came to pull so just did regular pulls for 3x3 at a light enough weight. Same weight as week4 last feb , so not all that bad I guess!
