Total time today 60mins – what a slouch!
Completely shook after that session…. All weights are up on last week , so no complaints here.

Was talking to a regular in the gym today.this fella is in everyday at the same time as me and we would chat pretty regularly. Often he will ask about my training and today he asked am I actually getting stronger on this program, he suggested I do a split like his ( which contains no squats or deadlifting ) to gain strength…
I replied that my total has gone from 465kg at 100kg bw to 510kg at 87kg in a year(march 2012 to March 2013) , and since then I have gone up to about 540kg total at 90kg….my plan/goal for next year is to have a 600kg total at 90kg
His reply was that I am kidding myself…..

That moron likely doesn't squat because they are hard. You probably scare him with your training as well.

That 185 for fivers really stands out tho How did the 20 repper squat feel?

Really quite the incredible program and work to match.

I love 20 reppers! Makes me feel like I got a pair. :-) Great job!

The "bro" in your gym probably hasn't made nearly as much progress as you have. Just tell him to go do some bro-curls next time!

Yeah, those 185 for 5 OHP stands out a mile. Good stuff all over Markie!

Ignore that guy at the gym as he's obviously deep into his own cups as he hasn't noticed your numbers going noweher but up over the last few years. He probably can't see others progress as he hasn't had any of his own in a while.

Rock on Alan.
