My previous best is a paused 137.5kg at 106kg bodyweight, so I'll settle for a 140kg paused at my new 90kg bodyweight for now....

I have found that when my shoulder strength goes up, I have more control on my bench and a better lockout. Moreso with raw pressing.

the lockout is usually where i fail , so i hope that i have similar results!
