Moving up. Hanging Straight Leg Raises are tough, you kick out a bunch of them. Strong core.

Perhaps start working in some complexes if you enjoyed the PP after cleaning it.. I agree with OR - those leg raises are awesome! Focus seemed to be on point once again.

I actually really like these , been doing them for well over a year now since I started 5/3/1 waaaaay back
I need to find a way to make them tougher other than adding reps….. any ideas?

I always flirt with the idea of some complexes but lack the conditioning to actually properly do them!
Loving the leg raises alright. Ill do them 2/3 times a week. much better than most other exercises in my opinion.

Actually kinda are steve , ive benched more weight for reps but not as many sets at that weight so expecting good things in a few weeks

No suggestions just now anyway man! Everything is going very well. Next week should be a bit harder now as you get closer to higher weights. by what I see you are due to go for 117.5 4x4. Once you get to the 4 weeks of 3s and 2s then the strength should start to grow in leaps and bounds.
