Still a bit away Jim but headed that way I hope.
I think I am more focused on lifting since the meet,

Being honest with myself, for where I am at , adding 120lbs to my total in a year isn't good enough a return. I'm not even an intermediate level lifter so I should be achieving bigger jumps year on year for now.

So time to up my game, and hopefully have an injury free year too!!!

Strong deads Alan!! I would be happy with 120lbs a year I think, especially if most of it was on my squat

Squats

Last set was a joke got the reps and ass to grass, but form was shocking

3second Pause Squats
80kg x 5 5sets
Need to do these at 100kg next week for triples

BW Squats for reps
90kg x 10
90kg x 7
Piss poor, please leave≥>>>>>>>>>>


Notes
Caught for time so all done in 45 mins.

Was in a different gym and no leg press so said I'd do more squats, bodyweight for max reps....... Only ten!!
Was worse on the second run, so left it there.
I hate lifting in the evening time

Well, I hope at least the paused squats went well. Still, almost 300 lbs is pretty good for a fiver. I am sure they will look better next time.

Great work man! things are already starting to improve! as for the bw squats at the end. They weren't bad at all. I doubt I could squat even my bw for more than 10 reps at the end of a session but then again my repping ability is shockingly bad. I would need an oxygen mask.
