Rack Pulls from the knee

Power Shrugs

120kg x 5 – 4sets
120kg - 1 all out set – 7

Wide Grip Pull UPs
BW+10kg x 5 – 6 Sets
Thrown in at various times.

Ab wheel from knees
BW - 1 all out set – 20

Notes
I am spent after that week, 4 days in a row is too much but because of the bank holiday this week I had to do it to stay on schedule.
Two days rest will see me good.
Off to water park with the wife and kids tomorrow so looking forward to that ( don’t worry its indoor!! )
