Hit those lifts hard tomorrow Alan. Also hoping that scale is kind to you. It seems that the weigh in is a part of meets that can really affect the mental game. No matter what happens tho, you will get it done, I just know it. You have the skill, heart, and desire.

here is the write up big man.

Quick Summary
510kg total at 90kg weight class


gonna take this week to relax/recover and figure out where to go from here.
looking back to the first post of this log my goals were

-get a 600kg total (1,320lbs)

So far I think im good with the second one ,
As I don’t plan to any more meets till at least September the plan for now is to keep the bodyweight somewhat stable with a maximum of 93kgs…and just get after that 600kg total.

I need now to figure out what kind of programming to do for the next few months to get me up to a 600kg+ total

My main focus has to be getting my squat back up to 195+ and also getting myself a 260+ deadlift….

I have equipped myself with a Titan Ram and pair of Versa Gripps pro series , to help me get my numbers up to a respectable level.

All suggestions welcome!

am flirting with the idea of another run at Smolov (3 days a week like i did last summer) for no other reason than i know it works.

not sure what to do to get my bench and deadlift in order just yet...
reckon ill pull with versa gripps for a while , looking at Steves deadlift i cant argue with that approach!
