Week 8 Day 2
13 March 2013


Squat
140kg / 310lbs x 3 – 3sets

Did a 3second paused squat for the last set just to drive some confidence home on these

Bench
130kg / 285lbs x 1 – 1 Paused Single

Deadlift
170kg / 375lbs x 2 – 3sets

Notes
Last heavy bench , went ok , was pretty tired and low in energy but week off next week should see me right.
Mid week weigh in 201.2lbs , 3.2lbs to go!

Nice work, not long now! 3.2lbs is easy, small water cut and meet nerves cleared that for me last time ha.

Thanks for the support guys, one session left tomorrow which will be squat focus(should be interesting) then will do a light session on Tuesday or Wednesday next week.

Time to start thinking about goals and a plan for after the meet
