Last week!
Last heavy deadlift day, gained back a little confidence with squatting after Fridays fiasco.
Deadlift felt much better than last week. looking back at the video from last week , my form is shocking!!!!
When meet is over I need to rest to lower numbers and fix this.

Aim is a bench and pull PR for this met Ravi, still a long way off my squat numbers from last summer at the moment

It seems as if 'squatting' and 'fiasco' fit well today for a lot of us
Good recovery and I love that routine you did, basic + lots of volume = awesome
