Thanks for looking in Iain, am following korte 3x3 at the moment, so pretty much follow the template as laid out, except whereI get impatient and throw on some extra weight! , patience is not my strong point

Weighed in this morning at 93.8kg , nearly there!!!
Last session of week 6 coming up in about 45 mins time..... This one is squat focus,

Never looked too hard into the korte program. One thing is true when training with frequency you are just gona be beat alot of the time. No bad thing. If you don't over reah you cannot supercompensate. No supercompensate no platform PBs

I am sure it was just excessive sunspot activity causing additional gravitational pull over in Ireland. Saw it in the news.
