Week 6 Day 2
28 Feb 2013


Squat
140kg x 3 – 3sets

Bench
130kg x 1 – 2 Paused Singles

Deadlift
160kg x 3 – 3sets

As per the plan these should be at 140kg , but feeling good so lash on a few more kgs

Notes
Heavy bench day today and happy with how that went – the 130kg went up with nice speed. Definitely gonna stick with this as my 2nd lift on meet day

This week is crazy busy so schedule has been messed up from usual Mon,Wed,Fri to Tue,Thur,Sat
I don’t like lifting at the weekend as it eats into family time but once off will be ok considering its so close to meet day!

Good training. Do you do the 3 lifts in meet order each session? If so always gona be tough on the deadlift!
