Week 6 Day 1
26 Feb 2013


Squat
140kg x 3 – 3sets
Threw on an extra 20kg as last week the 3x3 at 120 was a bit easy.

Bench
100kg x 4 – 5sets

Deadlift
200kg x 1 – 2singles
Wanted to get more reps in with that 201kg from last week so

210kg x 1 - 2singles
Both of these were grinders and harder than last week,


Notes
Disappointed as I wanted to give 215kg a lash today, but after the first attempt at 210kg I knew it wasn’t gonna happen.

Deadlifts seems to be the most trivial lift to me ... In one session you are doing amazing and in the very next session sometimes you don't even get it off the ground ... You are doing some very strong stuff Alan ... It requires some solid strength to perform all the 3 lifts in a single session with 100+kg wts. ... Great going brother ...
