120kg x 3 – 3sets

Bench
100kg x 4 – 5sets

Deadlift
185kg x 1 – 2sets

was supposed to stop there but was feeling strong so said feck it and kept going

190kg x 1 - 1set
200kg x 1 - 1set
210kg x 1 - 1set (new gym PR)


Notes

the real world got in the way yesterday so monday workout got pushed to tuesday.
sorry i have been mental busy with work , home etc , will catch up on logs when things calm down, until then , smash on!!

Tired after yesterday but said I would squeeze this one in today to have me back on track for the week.
Probably not the best idea but there we go.
Weighing in at 94.5kg/ 208lbs this morning . If I can hold this to the weekend I will be still on track
