February 10th, 2013

Hey, I actually lifted! Received my new EZ Curl bar so I did the 4th powerlift.

Benches felt heavy. Stuck to rest pause training. Fast, pumped. Will vLog soon.

The 4th Powerlift

*Too light, but was a tester anyway.
