I will fullbody tomorrow. Today I needed primal release. I went to bed last night wanting a deadlift PR. I awoke today and made it happen.

This rep was sheer will.

Deadlifts - 1.5" blocks
135 x 5
225 x 1
315 x 1
405 x 1
495 x 1 - Felt heavy
585 x 1 - Got a little forward
635 x 1 - Heavy, but...gotta go for it.

635 + 120 pounds chains, top end 720-730ish x 1 - PR
