Steve....awesome!

Big change, but it will pay off in health, $$$ and I'm sure it will benefit you when you eventually return to PL.

I think you have all the major components in place...give yourself a good 3-4 weeks at least to start to really feel the rep work settle in...

Looking forward to hearing about those rack chins!

Great work Steve. Did you feel teh pump?
As I'm sure you know, it will take a couple weeks to settle into this routine. THen you'll be adjusted and smashing forward. I'm curious to see how the fat burner treats you. I've never thought about using one, but if it works for you, I may consider it.
