Big shout out to PNI. Back on their pre-workout and test boosters today.

March 10th, 2013

Lifted with my daughter. Nothing major. Did work. Had my daughter work up to 3 rack pull singles and a 5x5 with 45 pounds on bench press.

I did:

Seated Arnold Presses
45's x 4 sets x 10 reps

Rack Pull + Power Shrug
225 x 3
315 x 3
405 x 3
495 x 3
635 + 120 chains x 4 reps
