thanks mate, it's just a classic 5x10 accessory work, simple, overall and effective, giving me no need for extra tri's n bi's isolation work.

Today I went to school cycling, its about 1 hour distance in return.Wanted to do some cardio work anyway and this gave me a good reason to get my ass moving.

kg/reps

Squat
75x5
80x5
90x5x2

Abs 5x10

Today was a no jack shit session, because all I wanted was to focus on my squats. Didn't go for the extra reps but for extra depth and clear, controlled move which helps build a steady foundation before adding more weight. This makes progress slower but I planned cycles 5 and 6 to be a weight reset stage, better have quality than quantity.

Nothing wrong with that. Doing what matters then recovering is always a good choice.

Bench
60x5
65x5

75x5 AAAARGHH! WTF? 3 reps....LESS than last time ?!?

Incline db press
26x10
28x10
38x12,10,10

BB Rows
30x5
50x5
70x10x3

Allright, I've tried everything, low reps, high reps, reset the weight, leg drive, increase calories, but this is getting ridiculous. Got tired chasing the god damned bench reps and hitting the same wall again and again. I'll take some time off to recuperate. See ya guys around.

Sounds like fatigue...if not, either more often, less often or undulating periodization may help...

I know you probably have a calculator for this workout, but in between 65 and 75, there is success at 70...
