Bench

70x5
80x4

Incline DB Press
21x10
25x10

Incline flys
30x10 HIT style

BB Rows

40x10

Skullcrushers
20x25+10 reps

Sad to say that it looks like I hit a wall on the bench. Looked back to my log numbers for the last 4 months and this damned 80 kgs are always there. Changing to a rep goal autoregulated system and lowering the weight for this lift might be a good idea but on the other hand I don't want to be the good old guy that changes routines. Accessory lifts are oddly up though. What do you guys think?

That looks like a good chest workout. How long have you been benching? I know you said that you've been stuck for 4 months at the 80kg number, but were you progressing a lot before then? If so, what did your numbers look like? Or did you just start benching 4 months ago?

I am referring to the last 4 months because its the time that I do a continuous routine. I ve been benching for the last 1.5 year, but its the last 9 months that I track progression. As I see in my 5/3/1 log, my bench max was 3-4-5 reps at 80kg during the whole thing and bench days never gave me the extra reps above these numbers.

Hard to say what's happening without a lot of information. We all have those natural walls we run up against. If you keep hitting the same wall, I'd say a change in approach is warranted. How's the eating? Gaining weight?

Weight gain is up and this is not visible just on the scale but on the other main lifts that continuously get increased. Lowering the weight seems like a good option.

That's a WIN. I'd take that over bench progress any day.
