Congrats on the PR and my bench is slow progressing too. I think focus on all 4 lifts and bp goes up.

This month I work 8-12 hours a day and its hard to find the time to post. Haven't missed any workouts though.

Cycle 4, 1's Week, Day 3

Pull Ups

Side laterals
8x20+10 reps

One arm db concentration curls
6x25 slow


Lack of energy but big will to work out. Aimed for more reps on the top sets, given the circumstances it was a good session overall. DOMS from tip to toe
