Good to hear you were able to bench with no pain! It is amazing how important good form is, not only to keep you healthy but also make the weight feel light

Had only 25-30 minutes to train today. The progression plan goes well, the weight feels light and I'm doing quality reps. I've become a big fan of singles and triples. Added another 2.5kg on the bench today. Will do the same on Friday and after that I'm going for PR's.
