nacho, kind of lost in your log, do you have a layout of your weekly routines?
are you following a specific template from the 5/3/1 book?

don't give up, just find what's wrong, can't ask for a better group of people than MaB.

I'm no expert, but heck, post what your 5/3/1 and I'll compare to what I'm doing, see where you maybe falling short.

I'd suggest more rep work if you are stuck, I know my pressing absolutely loves rep work. Hit your 5 reps at 75kg and then drop the weight and rep it out at 65kg. When you can rep out that weight for 15+ reps, then try increasing everything. Hang in there!

Allright, I've tried everything, low reps, high reps, reset the weight, leg drive, increase calories, but this is getting ridiculous. Got tired chasing the god damned bench reps and hitting the same wall again and again. I'll take some time off to recuperate. See ya guys around.
Hey, it's been about a month...don't get too far from shore!!!

Start up again.

Also, remember...if you hit a bench plateau, but all else is good, don't throw the baby out with the bath water....your bench progress could be due to a limitation in your platform (back) and when you advance the back development, the bench may just start progressing again.

Do what you can....even if bench is stuck indefinitely, there's lots of strength and muscle to claim elsewhere!

Hey folks, thanks for your interest! Of course I didn't give up, motivation is always high, I just didn't have the time to log due to work issues. The only thing I gave up was 5/3/1, I got tired of its incremental approach and started a fullbody routine after taking some days off. Ιt's based on old school stuff like Reg Park's principles and I'm free to train the way I want, depending on how I feel. Bench increases very slowly that's why I started benching twice a week. Pulls are becoming my best lifts. I've made some gains too. Today it was the first training after a 10 day business trip that kept my training back so I went light.

30x20 first time on 20 reppers and felt great, went ultra light to see how it feels and will add weight on the way.

Structured but intuitive training is tons of fun.
