thanks lee, I think my squats are still on a baby level. sunburn is a worst case scenario when it comes to training definitely.

Good workout. End of cycle 5, in which I was loose on my 5/3/1 percentages in order to hit high reps and work on technique, a choice that gave me some gains too. Will continue high repps on cycle 6, keep the same assistance and see how it goes. Figuring out what works better in order to evolve my training.
