Went to the gym confident to work on form. Ended earning a couple of reps more on the bench, never thought that working on leg drive could improve my balance so much and this gave me confidence to overcome the limits of my slowest on progression lift. Fixing the small details can make a big difference overall (and some say lifting isn't educative ). Besides, rows increase constantly week by week.

Thanks a lot fellas!

Yesterdays workout has been a terrible squatting performance. A serious sunburn I caught along with the sweat and the bar on my back felt like melting my skin during squats and didn't let me focus on form and kill my reps.
Leg doms are here though.
