Really enjoyed this workout. Decreased a bit the weight on overhead pressing in order to work on a higher rep range, summer is coming brah :P Deads and dips are up, I also launched chins which will do in turn with pull ups week by week.

nice work nacho

the higher rep volume on bench might help you bust out that rut, it has worked for me on varies lifts.
