That's solid work Nacho, you know what's right. I got lucky I joined a gym where the guys told me to put down the dumbbells and pick up the barbells.

Thank you people! These days went a trip to Meteora with my peers to shoot a documentary for a environmental project. Food and sleep was awful that's why I didn't expect great things to happen in yesterday's training. Had a great time though, it was an awesome mental break in an amazing natural scenery.

No extra reps for bench, but incline press and rows went up. Wonder if I should deload my bench numbers in order to hit higher reps and may see quicker progress on it, because its the only lift with such a slow improvemment.
