Cheers folks!

Cycle 3, 1's Week, Day 4

sets/reps/kg

Deadlift
1x5x100
1x3x115
1x2x125

Squat
3x10x50

Single leg press
2x12

Romanian chair leg raises
5x10

Today I wasn't feeling strong overall and was about to take the day off but I needed my gym therapy, was aiming for 3 on top set but failed on the lockout during the 3rd rep (wrist matter). I also did single leg presses instead of the last two set of squats because there wasn't much gas left in the tank. The basic work was done at least. End of 3rd cycle which was intense but fun, will keep it like this in the 4th too.

Thanks you guys, but this apettite continued this week. I had a 4 day layoff to clear my mind and body and today I expected something more but everything felt heavy.
