Good day building my lifting mentality. I previously had 3 reps on 120 and when I saw the bar today I told to myself ''ok, you are not leaving this place unless you hit at least 5 reps'' and... voila! had a pain on front deltoid during hanging leg raises and did only 3 sets. It's happened before too so it might not be my exercise.

I think the problem comes from my elbow, I broke it when I was a kid and since then my left hand can't rotate 100% and this stresses other parts like deltoids or forearms. have the same problem on CGBP, so there isn't something I can do other than avoid such excercises.
